Filling the gap

Africa is home to the most talented and enthusiastic players in the world!

However, sourcing and preparing players for an international football career remains a challenge. With a lack of scouting programs and effective training and facilities, players in Africa have little opportunity to develop themselves in a safe and controlled manner. We fill this gap! 

With more than 15 years of local presence across Africa and now our academy in Abuja, Nigeria, we have a large outreach of talents and agents across Africa.

We offer not only direct access to talented players but are able to train them from the start. This allows them to develop and meet the strict international requirements.

What we do? 

ZFC, works closely together with clubs and agents to prepare and guide players for an international football career, putting the development and safety of players up front.

Our services include:

• Scouting of talents in Nigeria and Africa. 
• Professional training according to international standards that can be tailored to the agents needs. 
• Coaching the European way. All players are trained and introduced to the European standards of training. 
• Career guidance that allows personal and social development of players and assures the players' best interests. 
• International intermediary and integration service for players in Europe 

Scouting and trails 

ZFC has a broad network of agents across Africa. With a focus in Nigeria, we organize regular scouting missions. Players that meet the strict requirements are invited to a 90-day probationary period in Abuja.

During this period the player is tested on his/her capacity and receives a realistic assessment of their prospects of playing on a professional level. Players that pass the test will be offered a trail in a suitable league structure.

The academy

Our training modules are based on the European standards with an emphasis on technical, physical and tactical play. Our trainings can be tailored per player.

The trainings consist of a high intensity program of 9-10 trainings and 3 games a week over a period of 90 days.

Guidance

We also prepare our players to the physical and mental expectations, and the culture shock that comes along with a professional football career.
